WARRANTY TERMS

This warranty is guaranteed from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in products supplied by the company, including bed frames, mattresses, fabric, leather, metal mechanisms, springs, and body impressions, subject to the terms below.

This warranty is valid within Singapore only.

1. Mattress Warranty Coverage & Duration

All mattresses are covered under a limited mattress warranty of either 10 or 15 years, depending on the model purchased.

  • First 12 months from delivery date:
    A full 1-to-1 exchange will be provided free of charge (FOC) for eligible manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval by the service team.

  • From the 13th month onward:
    Mattress warranty claims will be subject to a depreciation-based replacement calculation, together with applicable service, transportation, and GST charges.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including but not limited to:

  • Mattress sinking issues beyond acceptable tolerance

  • Spring defects or spring malfunctions

  • Structural defects in bed frames

  • Defects in fabric, leather, metal actions, or body impressions caused by manufacturing faults

All alleged defects must be verified and confirmed through physical inspection by the company’s authorised service personnel.

3. Reporting of Defects

Notice of any alleged defects must be given promptly upon discovery.
Customers are required to:

Failure to notify within a reasonable time may affect warranty eligibility.

4. Mattress Depreciation & Service Charges

(Applicable from the 13th month onward)

For mattress replacements approved under warranty after the first 12 months:

  • A usage-based depreciation charge will be applied, calculated over the warranty period and original purchase price.

  • Transportation & labour fee: $80.00

  • GST: 9% (effective 2025)

Customers will be informed of the full cost breakdown and must provide confirmation before any replacement proceeds.

5. Exclusions – What Is Not Covered

This warranty is void and does not cover defects or damages resulting from:

  • Abuse, misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance

  • Excessive wear and tear

  • Burns, stains, dirt, or soiling

  • Bed bug infestations

  • Fire, flood, or other Acts of God

  • Products purchased from unauthorised dealers

  • Removal, alteration, or defacing of any product labels

  • Any damage assessed by service personnel to be non-manufacturing related

Personal judgement or subjective opinions on defects will not be entertained.

6. Repairs & Out-of-Warranty Cases

  • Repair works are chargeable for defects not classified as manufacturing defects or for products that are out of warranty.

  • Service fees are applicable for any replacement carried out at the point of service, based on:

    • Depreciation over the warranty period

    • Original purchase price

  • Transportation charges apply for all servicing or replacement cases, where applicable.

7. Discontinued Models & Change of Mattress Model

If a mattress model has been discontinued and no stock is available:

  • Replacement of the same model will not be possible, even if still within the warranty period.

  • Customers may opt to change to another mattress model, subject to:

    • Handling by a salesperson

    • Availability of alternative models

    • Payment of any price difference, depreciation charges, and applicable fees

All exchanges are subject to the original purchase terms and company warranty policy.

8. General Conditions

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by the service team.

  • The company reserves the right to amend or update these warranty terms in accordance with business or regulatory requirements.

  • This warranty must be read together with the full mattress and product warranty terms available on the company website.
